Oral cancer control through tribal’s initiative is a unique project in which proper health education and motivation of tribes make them aware of their right to health leading to activism for framing out concrete policies for oral cancer.Systematic survey will be done to document unregistered cases of oral malignancy and reason for not seeking the treatment in government hospitals.An awareness and screening campaign will be conducted to make aware of the prevention, early diagnosis, treatment option and care. IEC materials will be developed to make them understand the science of oral cancer.area Investment will be done in task shifting involving allied health professionals.Analysis of survey and dissemination of the findings will establish accurate profile of oral cancer problem.
