The main goal is to characterize the role of Nanog, a transcription factor involved in the self-renewal of pluripotent stem cells, in the escape of tumors from host immune defenses. This study aims to establish that immune escape and drug resistance in cancer emerge through a Central pathway orchestrated by Nanog.
